Public enquiries
Use the website form for general questions, service discussions and a brief non-identifying pilot case outline. Do not include names, dates of birth, patient numbers, images, scans, clinical records or any detail that could identify a patient.
Secure case submission
Case records must be submitted only through the approved secure portal or another transfer route specifically agreed by Treated. Do not send case records through ordinary email, messaging applications or the public contact form.
Minimum necessary information
Provide only the records needed for the requested service. Your practice remains responsible for ensuring that it has an appropriate lawful basis, has provided required patient information, and has authority to instruct Treated and transfer the relevant data.
Access, suppliers and retention
Access should be limited to authorised people who need the information to deliver or support the service. Relevant technology and service suppliers should be assessed and governed by appropriate agreements. Records should be retained only for documented service, legal and professional requirements, then securely deleted or anonymised.
Questions or concerns
If you are unsure how to submit a case, contact info@treatedds.com before sending any records. Suspected misdirected information or security concerns should be reported promptly through the same contact.
